This is one occurrence of Ask Kaloud Anything, the live group question-and-answer forum the Kaloud team hosts on Zoom, each session announced individually. It runs 120 minutes. There is no ticket and no fee: register once and your seat is saved for this session and every one after it.

The format is deliberately plain. The team opens the room, takes questions in the order they come, and answers them out loud. Members bring setup problems, heat questions and flavor experiments; the people who design and make the products answer directly. Nothing is scripted and nothing is sold from the stage.
Common ground covered: heat management with the Lotus and the Krysalis, charcoal choice and timing, bowl packing for different tobacco cuts, clay versus other bowl materials, flavor pairing, cleaning and maintenance, and troubleshooting a session that has gone harsh or weak.

How to join
- Register once on the signup page. It takes about a minute and asks for your name, email and phone.
- Get the reminders. A confirmation email carries a real calendar invitation. On the day, a reminder goes out by email, and by text if you chose SMS.
- Open the Zoom link when doors open. The same link works for every session, so you can save it.

No. Ask Kaloud Anything is free, and there is no upsell in the room.
Do I need to register again for each session?
No. One registration covers every future session. You can change which reminders you get, or leave, at any time from the preferences page.
What if I cannot make this date?
Each session is announced on its own. Register once and the date, the calendar invitation and the reminders come to you.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. The sessions are for adults 21 and over.
Do I have to turn my camera on?
No. Plenty of members listen with the camera off and ask questions in the chat.
